Annual Bonuses

Subject to the Company's budget performance and in line with prevailing labour legislation, Compass Group SA subscribes to the principle of awarding an annual bonus

General Manager: Distribute communication regarding Annual Bonus to Unit Manager (Note 1)

Unit Manager: Arrange a formal meeting with employees and communicate accordingly (Note 2)

 

 

Note 1: The decision as to whether a bonus should be paid in respect of any calender year, and the amount of the bonus shall be made at the discretion of the Executive Team or in line with legislation

The amount of the bonus shall not exceed ten percent (10%) of the actual basic salary paid to the employee during the year

The bonus will only be paid to employees that are in the employment of the Company on 15 December

 

Note 2: Unit Manager to keep minutes and attendance register of the meeting held with all employees
